About The Position

Re-Bath is looking for an experienced Bathroom Remodeler/Installer to join our remodeling team. Help transform residential bathrooms with hands-on plumbing, light construction, and great customer service. In this role, you'll handle the full installation process for bathroom remodels, from demo through finish work, delivering high-quality craftsmanship on every job.

Requirements

Skilled in residential remodeling
Basic residential plumbing
Perform rough and finish carpentry work with exceptional attention to detail
Communicate effectively with customers and staff
Customer service driven
Must be able to pass a background check
Basic knowledge of carpentry/plumbing tools, fittings, and safety practices
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on your feet for extended periods
Be willing to follow company policies and procedures
Strong work ethic and attention to detail
Self-starter with an outstanding customer-oriented attitude
Willingness to learn and grow with the team
A high school diploma or equivalent is typically required
Valid driver’s license

Nice To Haves

Prior experience in plumbing, carpentry, or remodeling preferred, but not required
