About The Position
Re-Bath is growing and looking for motivated individuals who want to learn a skilled trade and build a long-term career in bathroom remodeling. If you’re dependable, hardworking, and ready to gain hands-on experience alongside professional installers, this is your opportunity to grow into a Lead Installer role over time.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to pass a 50-state background check and drug screen
- Valid driver’s license and clear MVR
- Willingness to travel up to 25% (paid hotels + per diem when applicable)
- Professional appearance and customer-friendly demeanor
- Dependable and punctual
Nice To Haves
- Own truck (strongly preferred)
- 6+ months of remodeling, construction, or trade experience
Responsibilities
- Assist with demolition
- Support basic plumbing tasks
- Tile preparation and installation
- Drywall hanging and finishing
- Carpentry and cabinetry installation
- Painting and general finishing work
- Maintain clean, organized job sites
- Interact professionally with customers
