Woodland Bath Company is a locally owned and operated bathroom remodeling company where craftsmanship meets a "white glove" service experience. We don’t just "fix" bathrooms; we transform them. We are looking for masters of the craft—professionals who are great communicators, obsessed with the details, and ready to provide the elite level of service our homeowners expect. If you are a top-tier in the construction field who is tired of the "sub-contractor grind" and wants the stability of a W2 position with the upside of high commissions, we want to talk to you.
Requirements
- Masters of the craft in the construction field.

Responsibilities
- Execute end-to-end bathroom remodels including showers, baths, sinks, toilets, flooring, and cabinetry.
- Perform clean demolition and debris haul-away.
- Perform light plumbing, drywall work, and advanced carpentry (such as subfloor replacement, trim work).
- Check in with the Production Manager daily, manage provided materials, and lead a helper when assigned.
