About The Position
Joyce Factory Direct is seeking experienced Bathroom Installation Subcontractor Crews to support our growing operations in Asheville, NC and Greenville, SC. With a strong backlog of sold projects and consistent installation volume, we offer the opportunity for steady, year-round work with an established company that has been serving homeowners since 1955. We offer piece rates starting at $1,400+ per standard bathroom installation, with additional compensation for approved add-ons and upgrades. Opportunities exist to increase earnings through premium products and project enhancements. We provide a large backlog of ready-to-install projects, consistent year-round work, direct deposit upon job completion, and installations scheduled in advance. Materials are staged and ready for pickup, and projects are fully measured, sold, and ready for installation before reaching your schedule. You will receive dedicated production and scheduling support from an established company serving homeowners since 1955.
Requirements
- Established bathroom remodeling crew.
- Experience with tub-to-shower conversions, shower replacements, and bathroom remodeling projects.
- Own truck, trailer, tools, and installation equipment.
- Valid driver's license and insurance.
- Commitment to quality craftsmanship and customer satisfaction.
- Ability to maintain a professional jobsite and positive homeowner experience.

- Experience with acrylic and composite shower systems.
- Experience with tub-to-shower conversions.
- Experience with shower and bathtub replacement installations.
