About The Position

We are seeking a motivated Bathroom Design Consultant to join our established home remodeling company. In this outside sales role, you will run pre-qualified appointments, conduct in-home consultations, and guide homeowners through the sales process to present customized bathroom remodeling solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and a customer-first attitude. This is a full-time, commission-based position with unlimited earning potential and opportunities for career advancement.

Requirements

Two or more years of in-home or outside sales experience (required)
Strong communication, presentation, and closing skills
Professional appearance with a customer-first attitude
Comfortable using iPads, Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and Google Drive
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to achieve results

Nice To Haves

Experience in bathroom remodeling or home improvement sales is a plus

Responsibilities

Run two pre-qualified appointments per day (approximately 10 per week)
Conduct in-home consultations and assess customers' remodeling needs
Build rapport with homeowners and present customized bathroom remodeling solutions
Guide customers through the sales process and set clear expectations
Close sales while providing an exceptional customer experience
Attend two in-person sales meetings each month
Support team success while maintaining high professional standards
