Requirements

Installer must be capable of lifting, when necessary, heavy materials into place in order to perform their job function.
Follow all established safety rules and regulations and maintain a safe and clean environment, following company procedures, policies and ethics.
Driver's License, Insurance, clean background.
Liability Insurance, Workers Comp Insurance.
Work Truck, Enclosed Trailer, and tools.
Minimum 2 years experience Installing Jacuzzi Bath Remodel, BCI or Acyrlic Shower Systems.
Crews must be professional, possess good leadership and communication skills.
Display the ability to manage multiple priorities and have good customer service skills.
Neat and professional appearance.
Legally authorized to work in the United States.
Ability to pass drug-screen.

Responsibilities

Responsible for the professional installation of our products using industry “best practices” and in adherence with company installation guidelines and established time guidelines.
Remove damaged or defective parts or sections of structures and repair or replace; using hand tools as needed.
Install structures or fixtures, such as Walk-in Baths, Showers, Tubs, Glass Doors, Wall Paneling, Trim or Hardware, etc., while using carpenters' hand or power tools.
Maintain clean environment of job site, including vehicles and trailers; project tear off as needed.
Clean and haul away debris from all job sites.
Warehouse runs to pick up materials once a week.
