Requirements

2+ years of bathroom remodeling, construction, or in-home renovation experience.
Plumbing experience required or strongly preferred.
Strong knowledge of carpentry, trim work, and remodeling techniques.
Ability to read measurements and use tools such as levels, tape measures, drills, and saws.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Ability to lift up to 100 pounds.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
Reliable, professional, and customer-focused.

Nice To Haves

Previous acrylic bath or shower installation experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Manage and complete acrylic bath and shower installations.
Oversee projects from preparation through completion.
Perform bathroom remodeling work including carpentry, trim work, and construction tasks.
Utilize plumbing knowledge to complete installations and troubleshoot issues.
Ensure installations meet quality standards and customer expectations.
Communicate professionally with homeowners throughout the project.
Maintain a clean and organized work area while respecting customers' homes.
Educate customers on the care and maintenance of their new bath system.
Complete required paperwork, measurements, and job photos.
Maintain tools, materials, and installation equipment.
