About The Position
Springhill Rehabilitation and Senior Residence is a 151-bed, skilled nursing facility located on the Springhill Medical Center campus, dedicated to providing quality short term rehabilitation care and long-term care while fostering a homelike social environment. We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Bath Aide CNA to assist residents with personal hygiene and bathing needs. This role focuses on providing safe, respectful, and dignified care while supporting residents’ comfort and well-being.
Requirements
- Must have a High School Diploma or GED
- Applicant must be a Certified Nursing Assistant
- Passing a pre-employment drug screening is required
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with bathing, grooming, and personal hygiene
- Ensure resident safety, comfort, and privacy at all times
- Observe and report changes in residents’ condition to nursing staff
- Maintain clean and sanitary bathing areas
- Provide friendly, patient-centered care in accordance with facility policies
