About The Position
The Batching Technician I is an entry-level position responsible for supporting daily batching operations under direct supervision. This role focuses on learning batching processes, equipment operation, safety, quality requirements, and documentation in a hot-fill contract manufacturing environment.
Requirements

- Ability to learn batching processes, equipment operation, safety, quality requirements, and documentation
- Understanding of GMP, FDA, and HACCP requirements
Responsibilities
- Verify, add, and document raw materials under supervision.
- Assist with monitoring batching, holding, and pasteurization processes.
- Set up, operate, and clean equipment according to SOPs.
- Assist with product transfers, drum-off, and storage.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
- Follow all safety, GMP, FDA, and HACCP requirements.
