The team member in this position accurately maintains daily, weekly and monthly inventory levels in the WMS while maintaining proper inventory rotation and storage. The team member will navigate through an advanced ERP System to execute daily "Inbound & Outbound" inventory operations, create purchase orders, process recycle and destruction loads, and ensure all finished goods, raw materials and sub-assembly components are maintained as per established guidelines and procedures. This role also involves processing non-conforming material, coordinating with parties for accurate inbound receipts, intercompany transfers, and RMA’s, and verifying true time inventory transaction records in the company’s ERP system. The Batching Operator completes Oracle transaction activities from Receiving into Inventory, WIP, or Non-Conforming inventories, and is responsible for the integrity and accuracy of all inventories through daily audits and a comprehensive Cycle Count program. They will also complete Oracle transaction activities associated with material movements, maintain product rotation and storage disciplines (FIFO), and interact positively with leadership. This role requires compliance with all safety rules, GMP’s, and Niagara policies and procedures, establishing and maintaining high standards for quality, housekeeping, and productivity.
