About The Position

LHB Industries is seeking a Batcher with previous warehouse experience. The role is responsible for setting up batching operations efficiently to minimize downtime, operating and controlling the still operation, and maintaining hazardous waste logs. The Batcher maintains batching areas, tanks, and equipment; safely handles materials and equipment; ensures accurate weights and counts of raw materials and raw material inventory; and receives bulk solvents and liquids into storage tanks. The role also includes maintaining a clean and safe work environment and demonstrating and promoting LHB’s values.

Responsibilities

• Set up batching operations efficiently to minimize downtime.
• Operate and control the still operation.
• Maintain hazardous waste logs.
• Maintain the condition of batching areas and the cleanliness of tanks and equipment.
• Safely handle materials and equipment.
• Ensure accurate weights and counts of raw materials and maintain raw material inventory.
• Receive bulk solvents and liquids into storage tanks.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Demonstrate and promote LHB’s values.
