About The Position

Join Amrize as a Batcher and help construct what's next. You will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of a concrete batch plant. This includes managing concrete mixer drivers and overseeing plant maintenance. Your goal is to ensure the timely delivery of a quality product, ultimately driving customer satisfaction.

Requirements

High School.
1-2 years as a Supervisor in a Union environment.
Ready Mix experience an asset.
Reading and writing skills.
Minimal travel requirements.
Ability to multi task in a fast paced environment with competing priorities.
Ability to work Overtime as needed.
Successful candidates must adhere to all safety protocols and proper use of Amrize approved Personal Protection Equipment ("PPE"), including but not limited to respirators. Employees that are required to wear respirators must be clean shaven where the respirator seal meets the face in order to pass the qualitative and quantitative fit tests.

In a fast paced, customer oriented environment, responsible for scheduling concrete deliveries, providing pricing to customers, ordering raw material as required for production and ensuring accurate batching to produce a quality product to meet the customers requirements.
Track performance, establish effective action plans and continuously improve the operations
