The Batcher position is in the Formulated Department and is classified as Regular Full-time. The primary responsibility is to accurately and efficiently measure, verify lot numbers, and prepare raw ingredients for the production process, while adhering to the highest standards of food safety, quality, and service. This role involves operating forklifts and other heavy equipment, cleaning and maintaining the work area, and following Good Manufacturing Practices. The Batcher will also use MRP/ERP systems for inventory information, print documentation, and prepare batched ingredients for production.
