About The Position

We are looking for a Batch Plant Operator to join our Athens, GA plant. As a Batch Plant Operator with Quikrete Heavy Construction Materials you will oversee daily operations and ensure efficient, cost-effective production of wet and dry batch products.

Requirements

• A high school diploma or GED.
• A minimum of 1–year of industrial, mechanical, or manufacturing experience.
• Experience operating mobile equipment (e.g., forklifts).
• Good organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Meeting daily production needs for wet and dry batch products.
• Managing inventory, coordinating schedules, ordering supplies, parts, and raw materials.
• Performing plant inspections, repair, and maintenance.
