Brayman Precast in Saxonburg PA is looking to hire a full-time Batch Plant Operator to work in our precast concrete manufacturing facility. Requirements

Less than a high school education is acceptable with GED; or up to one-month work related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Adequate communication skills, both verbal and written.
Regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move more than 100 pounds.
Visual abilities that include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, and the ability to adjust visual focus.
Able to wear personal protection equipment, such as earplugs, safety glasses, and steel toe boots, etc.
Ability to work in a heavy manufacturing facility with various safety hazards.
Ability to work at heights, in confined spaces, around heavy equipment, and under constantly changing circumstances.
Willingness to undergo more stringent drug testing and compliance policies.

Responsibilities

Safe and efficient operation of the concrete batch plant in a climate-controlled facility.
Weigh and mix concrete materials.
Handle material and operate equipment to load, batch, and test concrete products to meet plan specifications.
Essential housekeeping.
Maintenance and repair of the plant and surrounding workspace to ensure safe operations.
