Franklin International is seeking a Batch Operator for its Construction plant. This role involves safely operating and controlling systems for weighing, metering, and mixing raw materials to produce consistent batches according to batch sheets and quality standards to meet customer requirements. Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
18 years of age or older
Must pass pre-employment physical, drug screen, and background check
Ability to lift at least 55 pounds on a regular basis
Standing 50-100% of the time
Must be able to wear a respirator while performing this job
Must be able to wear required PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) including head, eye, ear and foot protection 90-100% of the time

Chemical processing/batch experience strongly preferred
