About The Position

The Batch Making Operator role is responsible for blending chemicals and pigments with precision, following detailed "recipes" (formula tickets) to produce high-quality industrial coatings. This role involves operating pumps, valves, and a compactor, performing quality checks, maintaining a clean workspace, tracking inventory, and documenting formula updates. The operator will also work with automated systems for raw materials and milling. The position requires hands-on experience in milling pump systems and mixing raw materials, similar to following a recipe for baking.

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience in milling pump systems and mixing raw materials.
  • Completed High school education.
  • Confidence navigating basic computer systems.
  • Dedication to safety.

Responsibilities

  • Operating pumps, valves, and a compactor with precision.
