About The Position

Tnemec Company is looking for a High-Speed Batchmaker to join our dynamic production team! In this role, you'll be right at the heart of our manufacturing process, operating advanced equipment, following precise batch instructions, and making sure each product is crafted to perfection. Requirements
- 2+ years of batch making experience in a production or manufacturing setting
- High School Diploma or GED
- Fork Truck Certification (or willing to earn)
- Confined space and CPR training (or ability to obtain)
- Solid understanding of batch production processes
- Able to lift up to 100 lbs and work in warm conditions (up to 105°F)
- Ability to read and follow batch tickets carefully
- Safety-conscious with excellent attention to detail
- Certified to wear and use a respirator when necessary
- Able to think on your feet and communicate effectively with team leads and supervisors
Nice To Haves
- Safety Management Training is a plus
- Proven track record of operating production equipment with accuracy
Responsibilities
- Load raw materials into mills and blend tanks following batch tickets with a focus on accuracy and sequence
- Operate pumps, meters, agitators, and tanks for mixing and dispersing materials
- Package finished materials into proper containers for storage or shipment
- Keep your Supervisor and Lead in the loop on any production issues or concerns
- Maintain detailed documentation of inputs and processes for each batch
- Support team inventories and cycle counts
- Ensure your area is clean, organized, and follows all safety and environmental standards
- Always work with a safety-first mindset and contribute to product excellence
