About The Position

At Twincraft Skincare, our Batch Makers turn formulas into high-quality skincare and personal care products. You'll combine ingredients, follow precise formulations, and help create the products that move through our production lines every day. We're looking for people who enjoy hands-on work and staying active throughout the day, have strong attention to detail and can follow recipes and processes accurately, like working as part of a collaborative team, want to develop mechanical, technical, and manufacturing skills, and take satisfaction in creating a finished product they can be proud of. No manufacturing experience? That's okay. Many successful Batch Makers come from food service, catering, hospitality, and other fast-paced environments where consistency, teamwork, and following procedures are essential. We'll help you learn the rest.

Requirements

• Enjoy hands-on work and staying active throughout the day
