About The Position

This is a supplemental contract position for the Spring 2026-2027 school year, focusing on Boys Baseball Assistant Coaching at Penn Wood High School. The role involves providing regular updates to the Athletic Director and administrators through a Weekly Athletic Practice Plan, which includes a schedule of activities, student attendance numbers, and student signatures for each session. Rosters for attendance may accompany the activity tracker. Compensation for supplemental contracts will be paid within three weeks of notification that all responsibilities have been met. No additional compensation will be provided for extra practice time. All coaches must confirm completion of Concussion Training and Sudden Cardiac Arrest Training. This position concludes on the last day of the season as defined by the contract, and reapplication is required for consideration in subsequent seasons. Assignment and termination of supplemental contracts are administrative prerogatives. Bargaining unit members are generally limited to two full-year and three seasonal supplemental contracts per year, unless they are the sole applicant for a position. Compensation is in accordance with the negotiated contract. Employees are required to give 60 days' notice of resignation from supplemental positions.

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Obtain signatures for each student attending per session.
