About The Position

Join our field services team as a Service Technician and play a key role in keeping customer operations safe, reliable, and efficient. You'll work hands-on with advanced systems, solve real-world technical challenges, and build lasting customer relationships.

Requirements

Recently graduated from an HVAC program or with a two-year technical degree
Two-year (2) degree in a related technical field required or related work experience
The ability to obtain and maintain required government security clearances and/or badges as needed. (This involves a background/character, criminal history, employment, and credit check.)
Knowledge of HVAC systems and equipment.
Electrical troubleshooting knowledge
Must be highly organized and possess the ability to work in a high-paced environment, with the ability to prioritize tasks to meet the schedules given by the leadership
Demonstrate the ability to operate independently and autonomously and take ownership of all tasks. Excellent oral and written communication skills and team-oriented

Responsibilities

Install, commission, and maintain customer systems according to established procedures and safety standards
Perform onsite troubleshooting, repairs, and preventive maintenance to maximize system performance
Create accurate technical documentation and service reports that support quality and compliance
Engage with customers to understand their needs and identify opportunities for additional support
