About The Position

This role requires a Project Manager with experience in HVAC controls and delivery within the building construction industry. The position emphasizes strong communication skills for conveying technical information to diverse audiences and requires proficiency in project management software and financial accounting systems.

Requirements

• Minimum of five years of direct project management experience in the Building Construction Industry.
• Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical material to a non-technical audience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project Scheduling software and financial accounting systems.
• Strong personal computer skills in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project), Adobe Writer, Visio, and basic Windows environment.

Nice To Haves

• Management experience with projects related to Mechanical Retrofits, HVAC controls, BAS management, Fire management, and Security management systems.
• HVAC experience is highly preferred.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Construction, Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or Architecture, or an Associate’s Degree with equivalent work-related experience.
