Stein Eriksen Lodge is an authentic European lodge nestled mid-mountain at the acclaimed Deer Valley Resort in Park City, Utah. Named after Norwegian Olympic Gold Medal skier Stein Eriksen, the Lodge is known as a premiere year-round destination. Requirements

Knowledge of mixed drinks and wines
Knowledge of imported and domestic beers
Good organizational and communication skills
Must be able to stand/walk for extended periods of time.
Must be able to lift, push and pull up to 50 pounds.
Must be 21 years old and “tips” certified
Enjoy working with the public

Nice To Haves

Experience in a full-service, high-volume bar
Food Handler Permit

Responsibilities

Provides beverages for full-service bar and beverages for Restaurant guests.
Maintains proper pars (liquor and wine) and is able to produce beverages and service in a quality-focused environment.
Job requires food service responsibilities as well.
Follows all Beverage Service and State Guidelines
Other duties as assigned by Food and Beverage Manager
