This is a seasonal Bartender position. The role involves preparing drink orders for guests according to specified recipes, issuing, opening, and serving wine/champagne bottles, and maintaining the cleanliness and condition of the bar area and related tools. The position also requires preparing garnishes, stocking supplies, washing glassware, and processing payments. Additionally, the role includes securing bar inventory, completing closing duties, and adhering to all company policies and procedures related to safety, security, and guest service. The job also requires developing positive working relationships with colleagues and ensuring adherence to quality standards. Physical requirements include standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods, and the ability to lift and manipulate objects up to 50 pounds.
