About The Position
Rosati’s Pizza is looking for a customer service-oriented Bartender who can work well under pressure. This role is responsible for maintaining a clean and organized work environment, serving guests, mixing drinks, handling payments, and ensuring customers are happy. This position is a great starting point for launching a restaurant career, as Rosati's will provide all necessary training.
Requirements
- Must be 21 or older
- Must have at least 1-year experience as a bartender and server
- Passion for providing hospitality to guests and coworkers
- Must be able to work with a minimum amount of supervision under varying conditions
- Flexibility to work varied hours, days, including some holidays
Responsibilities
- Serve guests in a friendly manner; attending to the needs of each individual
- Mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks responsibly to patrons following standard recipes
- Responsible for totaling bill, accepting payment, and making correct change for guests
- Request identification from guests and confirm it meets the legal drinking age
- Stock bar with liquor, beer, and wine
- Clean glassware and stock bar with the appropriate amount of glasses
- Other responsibilities that may be assigned
