About The Position

Edison's Entertainment Complex is seeking part-time bartenders for a high-volume environment that requires the ability to maintain a high level of energy. These positions report to the Food & Beverage Director and Front of House Manager.

Requirements

• 1 year experience serving or bartending in a full-service restaurant or bar environment
• Basic math skills
• Commitment to teamwork
• Strong ability to communicate effectively
• An eye for detail
• The ability to multi-task

Responsibilities

• Ensure guest satisfaction at all times
• Lift up 30 lbs
• Ability to stand/walk/bend throughout shift
• Availability to work holidays and weekends (weekday availability is a plus)
• Understand and comply with all federal, state, and local liquor laws
• Follow all safety and sanitation policies
• Effectively communicate food and beverage menus
• Accurately take guests' orders
• Correctly and precisely calculate each guest check
• Cash handling
• Room set up and tear down
• Clean, stock, and maintain the workstations throughout shift
• Perform additional responsibilities as assigned
• Adhere to company policies and philosophies
