About The Position

Claiborne Senior Living is seeking a friendly, service-oriented Bartender Server to help create an exceptional dining experience for our residents and guests. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hospitality, building relationships, and delivering outstanding customer service while preparing beverages and supporting meal service in a senior living environment. Requirements

• Bartending or food service experience preferred
• Working knowledge of spirits, wine, beer, and standard drink preparation
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Professional, dependable, and team-oriented mindset

Nice To Haves

• Bartender certification
• SERVSafe certification preferred (where applicable)
• Ability to build rapport with residents, families, and guests

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages safely and professionally
• Take drink and food orders while providing excellent customer service
• Assist residents during meal service and respond promptly to requests
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of bar, dining, and service areas
• Accurately process transactions using the POS system
• Support meal preparation, service, and dining room setup as needed
• Follow food safety, inventory, storage, and sanitation procedures
• Help create a warm, welcoming dining experience that promotes resident satisfaction
