Requirements

Proven experience as a bartender or in a similar role preferred
Knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Basic math skills for cash handling
Certification in responsible alcohol service (if required by local regulations)
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers in accordance with company standards and recipes
Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner, providing excellent customer service
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and workstations
Monitor and manage inventory levels, restocking supplies as needed
Check identification to verify legal drinking age and ensure responsible alcohol service
Handle cash register operations, process payments, and provide accurate change
Follow all health and safety regulations, including proper sanitation procedures
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient bar operations
Stay informed about new drink recipes, trends, and promotions to enhance guest experience
