Bartenders mix and serve drinks to patrons, directly or through waitstaff. The role focuses on client and customer satisfaction, ensuring a clean environment and pleasant dining experience. This position is available as full-time or part-time.
Requirements
- Bartending: 1 year
- Ability to work weekends and nights
Responsibilities
- Serve clients with a pleasant attitude.
- Provide a clean environment and pleasant dining experience.
- Provide timely service to all clients.
- Comply with all safety and food handling procedures and regulations.
- Ensure serving containers are full using the First In, First Out (FIFO) technique.
- Check identification of customers to verify age requirements for purchase of alcohol.
- Stock bar with beer, wine, liquor, and related supplies such as ice, glassware, napkins, or straws.
- Keep bar clean and clutter free.
- Eliminate waste wherever possible.
- Follow all cash handling procedures.
