About The Position

Bamboo Sushi is a restaurant of purpose, creating experiences that inspire through food, service, and spirit, grounded in hospitality, connection, and care. We are opening a new location in Kirkland, Washington in 2026 and are looking for a Bartender to craft unforgettable drinks, create connections with guests, and shape an experience people can’t wait to come back to. This role involves setting a positive and accountable vibe, running training systems, stepping up as Manager on Duty when needed, keeping the front-of-house running smoothly, handling beverage inventory, managing food orders, and ensuring the bar is stocked. The ideal candidate will stay sharp on menu offerings and beverage knowledge, and perform other dynamic duties.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in high-volume or guest-focused food service.
• A love for cocktails, creativity, and connection with guests.

Nice To Haves

• 1+ years in a leadership role like Lead Bartender, Supervisor, or Corporate Trainer is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Craft unforgettable drinks and create connections with guests.
• Set the vibe with positivity and accountability that lifts the whole team.
• Run training systems with finesse, helping new team members feel like pros.
• Step up as Manager on Duty when the GM and AGM aren’t around, guiding the crew and keeping things flowing.
• Keep the front-of-house running smoothly, making every guest feel welcome and safe.
• Handle beverage inventory, accurately manage food orders, and ensure the bar’s always stocked and ready.
• Stay sharp on our menu offerings and level up your beverage knowledge.
• Perform other duties that keep things exciting and dynamic.
