Top Shooters is a well-established, high-energy sports bar in Top Shooters with a lively atmosphere, full kitchen, and premium bar. We take pride in delivering fast, friendly service while creating a memorable guest experience for every guest who walks through our doors. Top Shooters is always interested in connecting with personable, motivated individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment. While we may not have an immediate opening at all times, we regularly hire bartenders as business needs grow and positions become available. Bartenders at Top Shooters provide friendly, efficient service, prepare drinks, and help create an exceptional guest experience. This role involves continuous movement, multitasking, strong communication skills, and teamwork. Shifts may include days, nights, weekends, and holidays. Requirements

• 18+ years of age
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Positive, team-oriented attitude
• Reliable and professional
• Weekend, holiday, and flexible shift availability (as needed)
• BASSET, Food Handler, and Illinois Sexual Harassment certifications required upon hire

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and efficient service to guests
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area
• Assist team members to ensure smooth service
• Follow all Illinois liquor laws and company policies
