About The Position

Warmly greet guests and make them feel welcome and comfortable. Take beverage orders directly or from servers. Mix and serve drinks accurately, following recipes and presentation standards. Provide expert recommendations on drinks, pairings, and promotions. Handle complaints professionally and involve supervisors when needed. Upsell menu items and suggest specials. Keep the bar area spotless, including glassware, surfaces, and equipment. Stock, organize, and replenish liquor, mixers, garnishes, and supplies. Manage inventory and process purchase requisitions. Operate all bar equipment and maintain beer lines. Prepare drinks for servers for table service. Collaborate with other hotel departments (e.g., Room Service). Assist with setup and cleanup tasks. Present a positive, professional attitude to guests, peers, and management.
