About The Position

We are seeking an experienced, energetic, and hospitality-driven Bartender to join our team in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. This role requires strong knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails, wine, spirits, beer, and service standards, along with the ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining a positive guest experience. The ideal candidate thrives under pressure, works well within a team, and takes pride in delivering exceptional service while supporting both bar and dining room operations.

Requirements

• Previous bartending experience in a high-volume or upscale environment preferred
• Strong working knowledge of cocktails, wine, beer, and spirits
• Ability to multitask and remain composed during busy service periods
• Experience with batching, prep work, and service well operations preferred
• Excellent communication and guest service skills
• Team-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs
• Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Must meet all state and local alcohol service requirements

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with consistency, speed, and accuracy
• Execute classic cocktails and specialty house recipes to company standards
• Maintain extensive knowledge of spirits, wine, beer, and cocktail ingredients
• Provide efficient service for both bar guests and dining room ticket orders
• Batch cocktails and prep ingredients for service according to recipes and par levels
• Monitor guest experience and provide attentive, professional hospitality
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar, service wells, and storage areas
• Handle high-volume service while prioritizing accuracy and presentation
• Restock inventory, glassware, garnishes, and bar supplies throughout shifts
• Follow all alcohol safety, sanitation, and responsible service guidelines
• Assist with opening, closing, and side work duties
• Communicate effectively with servers, kitchen staff, managers, and fellow bartenders to ensure smooth service.
