About The Position
Tailwind Hospitality is hiring a Bartender to provide exceptional guest service and prepare beverages in a fast-paced travel setting. The role involves crafting alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, creating a welcoming experience for travelers, keeping the bar clean and organized, and monitoring and replenishing inventory. The position mostly works from 4:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. Tailwind encourages Veterans and military family members to apply.
Requirements
- Proven bartending experience.
- Comply with food and beverage regulations.
- Hands-on experience with bar utensils and equipment.
- Knowledge of sanitation regulations.
- Pass a background check to receive an Airport Security Badge.
- Have reliable transportation.
- Provide proof of completion of a state-mandated or otherwise accredited alcohol service training program.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
- Engage with guests, provide excellent customer service, and offer personalized recommendations.
- Keep the bar clean and organized while following alcohol-handling, health, and safety regulations.
- Date, label, and rotate beverage items appropriately.
- Restock and replenish inventory and supplies.
- Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Collaborate with team members to support smooth operations during peak hours.
- Address and resolve customer issues or concerns professionally.
- Follow company policies and procedures.
- Perform other tasks as assigned.
