About The Position

Old Chicago is a well-established restaurant concept with over 40 years of experience serving high-quality beers, great food, and providing a positive atmosphere. They are currently hiring Bartenders to deliver exceptional guest service in the bar area, contributing to the restaurant's success by crafting a perfectly balanced experience for their guests. This role is key to their operation.

Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Flexible to work a variety of shifts.

Nice To Haves

• Alcohol certification and Serve Safe a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver genuine hospitality while efficiently crafting every drink to perfection and serving guests responsibly.
• Mix alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks for guests at the bar and provide drinks and service to Team Members following standard recipes and procedures.
• Guide guests through food and beverage menus, demonstrating thorough knowledge of all offerings.
• Provide timely, attentive, fun, and friendly service to guests and service Team Members.
• Keep the bar area clean, sanitized, and stocked.
• Create positive first impressions that build loyalty in return guests.
• Engage with guests to create a lively and fun atmosphere.
