About The Position
KAI Legacy West is actively hiring a bartender to join our team! We are seeking someone who is not only a skilled bartender but also outgoing with great people skills.
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience as a bartender in a high-volume, upscale restaurant required
- Current Food Handlers and TABC
- Compliance with all local, state, and federal liquor laws
- Familiar with POS system
- Friendly and self-motivated
- Strong attention to detail
Responsibilities
- Verify all guests are of legal age to consume alcohol
- Provide a positive and friendly guest experience
- Prepare alcohol and non-alcohol beverages by tending to detail and presentation of each order
- Keep a clean and sanitized bar area
- Adhere to proper alcohol handling, sanitation, and safety procedures, and maintains appropriate dating, labeling, and rotation of all beverage items.
- Assess guest preferences and make drink recommendations
