About The Position

We are looking for bartenders and servers who can provide a first-class experience for our guests, from making delicious drinks to taking food orders, and who enjoy a fast-paced, team-based work environment. Share the love for Big Al’s promos and help make every guest’s time here unforgettable. Run drinks, serve up good vibes, and keep the fun rolling. Take orders, deliver food with a smile, and handle payments like a pro. Keep things clean and sparkling—lanes, tables, glassware—you name it! Stock, organize, and mix drinks to perfection at the bar. Help with keg room duties and lift kegs with your teammates when needed. Stick to safety and alcohol rules to keep the party going strong. Lend a hand with opening, closing, and anything else that makes our team shine!

Requirements

• Serving or bar experience
• Experience with a POS System (Toast is a plus)
• People person - friendly, confident, and great face-to-face
• First-class level of guest service skills
• Team player
• Ability to handle sales transactions and upsell
• Safety conscious
• Ability to obtain Food Handlers and Alcohol Serving Certifications
• Must be available to work weekends, nights and holidays
• Must be 21 years or older (must be 19 years or older in Idaho)
