Meier’s Creek Brewing Company is seeking a friendly, energetic, and service-driven Bartender to join our team at our Inner Harbor location. Requirements

Ability to prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
Ability to deliver an exceptional guest experience by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and engaging with customers
Ability to recommend craft beers, cocktails, and menu items based on guest preferences
Ability to accurately mix cocktails and maintain consistency and presentation standards
Ability to promote and present the bar menu, including seasonal offerings and brewery products
Ability to verify guest identification and ensure compliance with all alcohol service laws and regulations
Ability to monitor guest alcohol consumption and promote responsible service
Ability to maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar area
Ability to restock and replenish inventory and bar supplies as needed
Ability to process transactions accurately using POS system and handle cash/card payments
Ability to work collaboratively with team members to support efficient service and a positive team environment
Ability to foster a welcoming, community-focused atmosphere that reflects the Meier’s Creek brand
Ability to follow all food safety, sanitation, and beverage regulations

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with Meier’s Creek standards
Deliver an exceptional guest experience by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and engaging with customers
Recommend craft beers, cocktails, and menu items based on guest preferences
Accurately mix cocktails and maintain consistency and presentation standards
Promote and present the bar menu, including seasonal offerings and brewery products
Verify guest identification and ensure compliance with all alcohol service laws and regulations
Monitor guest alcohol consumption and promote responsible service
Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar area
Restock and replenish inventory and bar supplies as needed
