Founder Scott Jennings decided to showcase the harmony between great tasting food and … well, a very specific counter-culture. The menu features over 30 signature sub sandwiches, as well as a variety of Rice Krispy treats, salads and munchies. Most locations also offer a full bar and craft beer bars that feature local beers from neighborhood breweries. We even have Kool-Aid! Job Title: CheBA Hut Bartender CheBA Hut is seeking a skilled and creative Bartender to join our team. As a CheBA Hut Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting unique and refreshing thirst-quenching recipes for our guests. We are looking for someone who is passionate about mixology and has a strong knowledge of bar operations. Bartenders are expected to provide the best possible service and encourage a friendly community vibe. Requirements

Think “shop first” / customer first
Proven experience as a bartender
Excellent knowledge of spirits, wines, and beers
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Demonstrate integrity
Demonstrate self-direction
Demonstrate “heads-up”. Keep your head on a swivel and be aware of your surroundings
Alcohol Service Safety certifications (ServeSafe, T.I.P.S)
Team-oriented attitude
Ability to lift up to 50lbs (lifting/pushing/pulling inventory/kegs)
Stamina to work a 10-hour shift
Ability to work under mentally and physically stressful situations
Ability to work in team environment with high levels of collaboration
Must be comfortable with marijuana themed culture

Responsibilities

Create unique and delicious cocktails, mocktails, and other beverages for our guests
Provide excellent customer service and engage with guests to ensure a positive experience
Maintain a clean and organized bar area
Manage inventory and restock supplies as needed
Adhere to all safety and sanitation guidelines
Collaborate with the kitchen team to create CheBA atmosphere
