Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of bartending experience in an upscale or high-volume restaurant is REQUIRED
• Guest-first attitude with a polished, professional demeanor
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a high-energy, high-volume setting
• Knowledgeable and confident in food and beverage pairings
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
• Focused on cleanliness, accuracy, and consistency
• Open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays

Nice To Haves

• Strong knowledge of Italian wines, spirits, and classic cocktails is a plus
• TIPS or ServSafe Alcohol certification preferred
• Experience providing both bar and dining room beverage service is ideal

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair
• Provide warm, engaging service to bar guests and assist servers with beverage orders
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar throughout service
• Follow recipes and portion guidelines for all drinks and cocktails
• Verify guest identification and ensure responsible alcohol service
• Accurately process cash and credit card transactions
• Collaborate with front-of-house and kitchen teams to support seamless service
• Uphold Max A Mia’s standards of quality, presentation, and hospitality
