About The Position
Legends Global is seeking a Bartender to join their team. The Bartender will be responsible for mixing drinks to order and serving guests, while also developing and enhancing guest loyalty. This role requires adherence to all Legends Global policies and procedures and presence at all major and minor events at the Arena. Requirements
- Ability to complete required pre-employment food and alcohol service training (TIP's, Servsafe certification)
- Must have good customer service skills and the ability to develop and enhance guest loyalty
- Must follow all Legends Global policies and procedures
- Must be present for all major and Minor events at the Arena
- Excellent guest service skills; ability to adhere to Service Standards of proper grooming and appearance
- Basic math skills: ability to accurately count change and balance bank
- Effective communication skills: ability to communicate with guests and receive orders
- Ability to work effectively with others
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment
- Ability to stand and remain stationary for entire length of shift
- Constant walking, bending, reaching and repetitive motions
- Ability to perform normal lifting of stock, up to 50 pounds
Nice To Haves
- Previous bartending experience preferred (at least 1 year)
