This position will be proficient in mixing, pouring and serving beverages in multiple Food and Beverage outlets including Service Bar, Banquets, Fire Kitchen, Craft House, and Room 188. The role requires accurate pour measurements and adherence to standard beverage recipes. Responsibilities include quick and accurate cash/credit transactions and balancing receipts. This is a fast-paced position with continual customer contact. The Bartender is proficient in multiple outlets of F&B and may be expected to work in multiple locations. This position serves as a dual rated position and may be assigned multiple positions within the F&B department such as Server, Cocktail Server, and Bar Back. This position ensures the confidentiality, security and accuracy of guest’s records, and promotes positive guest and team member relations. Strong written and verbal communication skills are required and outstanding guest service to fellow team members, guests, vendors, etc. is expected. Regular attendance is required, and on occasion, later hours or weekend time may be required. A neat, well-groomed professional appearance is essential at all times.
