About The Position
Texas Roadhouse is seeking a Bartender to create regular guests and serve drinks in a fast-paced atmosphere. The role involves taking orders, preparing alcoholic beverages, providing responsible alcohol service, and delivering a fun guest experience. Bartenders work as part of a team and follow safety and sanitation procedures.
Responsibilities
- Take orders and prepare alcoholic beverages.
- Comply with applicable liquor laws and Responsible Alcohol Service guidelines, including serving guests responsibly.
- Demonstrate great salesmanship.
- Use the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately to place orders, process gift card sales, and handle cash and credit card transactions.
- Practice proper safety and sanitation procedures.
- Exhibit teamwork at all times.
