About The Position
Blu Ocean Grille inside Encore at Tradition is looking for a friendly, energetic, and reliable bartender to join our team! We are seeking someone who takes pride in what they do and enjoys creating a welcoming atmosphere for our residents and guests.
Requirements
- Previous bartending experience
- Knowledge of classic cocktails, beer, and wine
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Nights, weekends, and holiday availability may be required
Responsibilities
- Preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Providing attentive and friendly service to guests at the bar and dining areas
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization behind the bar
- Following all recipes, portion standards, and safety guidelines
- Handling cash and POS transactions accurately
- Restocking bar supplies and assisting with opening/closing duties
- Working as a team with servers, kitchen staff, and management to create a great guest experience
