Requirements

  • Must be at least 21 years of age or older
  • Must be able to provide documentation that shows you are authorized to work in the United States. Must be twenty-one (21) years of age.
  • Minimum of two (2) years relevant experience in high-end, service-focused environment.
  • ANSI approved Food Handler Card and Responsible Beverage Service certificate recognized by the ABC.

Nice To Haves

  • Prefer a minimum of two (2) year experience in a contemporary dining restaurant

Responsibilities

  • Ensures a seamless guest experience
  • Prepares ordered drinks with proper portions and ingredients such as wine, mixed drinks, specialty cocktails, shots and related bar service to guests at assigned stations.
  • Expedites drink orders for each guest quickly and accurately. Serves refills upon request as well as follows up for additional beverage requirements.
  • Possesses a keen sense of timing and is capable of discreetly speeding up or slowing down his/her station as necessary.
  • Mixes drinks according to prescribed recipes; keeps station stocked with all liquor, glasses and accessories necessary; accounts for all beginning cash register bank, all cash, complimentary drinks and charge receipts.
  • Resourceful with beverages, fruit and supplies in order to maintain low beverage costs.
  • Must have knowledge of beverages, glassware, and garnishes.
  • Must possess the ability to initiate and maintain a relaxed and upbeat demeanor in a fast-paced environment with loud music and constant distractions.
  • Communicates and works with all support staff to ensure bar is properly stocked and prepared for operations.
  • Communicates and works with all support staff to ensure inventory is maintained at established par levels.
  • Must have an exceptional personality and hospitality driven attitude
  • Must be polished, professional, friendly, dynamic and able to multitask
  • Must be a highly organized individual with the ability to handle numerous tasks at a time
  • Able to take initiative in a VIP driven and guest service focused environment
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
  • Has excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Maintains a "sense of urgency" attitude for the completion of responsibilities/tasks
