Requirements
- High School graduate or equivalent
- 1+ years of Cashiering/Cash Handling Experience
- Demonstrates strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- minimum 21 years of age
- Ability to push, pull and lift to 50 pounds
Nice To Haves
- Previous Bartender experience
Responsibilities
- Knowledge of mixed liquor’s, ale’s, soda, water, sugars and other prepared beverages.
- Serve other cold beverages such as wine, beer and sodas and collect monies for beverages served as well as food served in the lounge area.
- Prepare bar area in supplies needed such as ice, slice and pit fruit garnishing drinks etc. Full knowledge of Agilysys and end-of-shift reports.
- Place bottle goods and glasses to make an attractive display. All bottles are placed according to specs.
- Perform general cleaning tasks using standard cleaning products as assigned by your supervisor to adhere to health standards.
