About The Position
We are seeking polished and highly skilled Bartenders to deliver exceptional beverage and guest experiences in a fast-paced luxury dining environment. This role requires expert knowledge, precision, and a strong sense of hospitality to guide guests through the bar experience while executing a world-class cocktail and beverage program. Bartenders play a key role in maintaining the flow of service, ensuring consistency, and upholding the highest standards of quality, cleanliness, and professionalism. Requirements
- 3–4 years of experience in a high-volume, upscale restaurant or recognized cocktail bar/lounge preferred
- Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages
- Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
- Professional demeanor with a strong focus on hospitality and guest experience
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Food handling certification in compliance with state regulations preferred
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and a collaborative team player
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Responsibilities
- Greet guests at the bar, guide them through the menu, and provide an elevated and engaging service experience
- Prepare and serve cocktails, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards
- Maintain complete knowledge of menus, ingredients, preparation methods, and allergy restrictions
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the cocktail program, spirits, wine pairings, and beverage offerings
- Execute proper wine service, including decanting and appropriate glassware usage
- Ensure bar stations are clean, organized, and fully stocked with all necessary supplies and ingredients
- Monitor inventory levels, assist with stock replenishment, and support ordering and requisition processes
- Accurately operate POS systems, handle transactions, and complete end-of-shift cash reconciliations
- Conduct inventory counts and maintain accurate records of bar products and supplies
- Communicate any out-of-stock items promptly to management
- Maintain compliance with all company policies, safety, and sanitation standards
- Control alcohol service responsibly in accordance with regulations and company standards
- Anticipate guest needs and provide timely, professional, and courteous service in a high-volume environment
- Maintain strong communication and teamwork with bar staff, servers, and management
- Attend meetings and contribute to continuous improvement of service and operations
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace at all times
- Ability to stand for extended periods and remain active throughout the duration of the shift
