About The Position
Our bartenders create a warm, welcoming atmosphere, understand the difference between service and hospitality, and genuinely enjoy brightening someone’s day with a great drink! We are a full-service restaurant collection with locations from coast to coast, known for serving nutrient-dense, thoughtfully crafted dishes for lunch, dinner, and weekend brunch.
Requirements
- Passionate about service and hospitality
- Of legal age to serve alcohol
- Experienced in bartending or mixology
- Flexible to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Knowledgeable about wine, beer, spirits, and specialty drinks
- Friendly, attentive, and guest-focused
Responsibilities
- Craft signature cocktails and house-made juices
- Brew lattes and other specialty beverages
- Build relationships with guests and provide top-tier hospitality
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized bar area
- Follow alcohol laws and financial procedures
- Perform opening/closing side work and assist with inventory
