About The Position

The Dusty Boot Saloon & Dance Hall is seeking experienced Bartenders to join their team. The Dusty Boot is known for its fancy cocktails, cold beer, western grub, and live music in downtown Banff. It features a dressed-up saloon atmosphere with a cocktail lounge, complete with weathered wood, warm leather, neon glow, and the sound of boots on the dance floor. The venue offers bar games, cowboy karaoke, billiards, and a chef-driven menu served until 10 pm. Applicants must be of legal drinking age (18+).

Requirements

• ProServe certification
• Bartending experience
• Experience with high volume
• Excellent communication skills
• Flexible schedule required
• Strong work ethic and a positive team player
• Must be whisky drinking age, 18+
• Legally eligible to work in Canada

Responsibilities

• Happily preparing alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for guests.
• Serving up great hospitality.
• Engaging with customers.
• Taking orders.
• Making personalized recommendations based on each guest’s needs and preferences.
