Mix, garnish, and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks for guests of bar and dining/event room, following recipes. Take orders; serve food and beverages. Inform guests of specials and promotions, answer questions and make suggestions. Present bills, accept payments, operate POS systems, upholding strict cash handling procedures and accountability for all transactions. Ensure cleanliness and organization of bar area. Perform opening/closing responsibilities. Practice safe food handling and cleanliness standards at all times. Adhere to quality standards and restaurant rules and procedures. Actively participates in the company's social media program by posting/sharing company fliers to personal social media accounts, if available. Performs other work-related duties as assigned.
